What to include in your email

With this, we can help from the very first reply:

Your Regie.gg version and the game: Counter-Strike 2, Counter-Strike 1.6 or Call of Duty 4
What you were doing, what you expected and what happened
Screenshots, if something looks wrong
That day's logs: in the console, the "Open logs folder" button

Passwords, FACEIT or Steam API keys, or the server's RCON password. Support will never ask for them.

Emails are used only to answer the enquiry. Logs may include player names and SteamIDs, so it is worth reviewing them before attaching them.
